In September 2026 Apple released the iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max. The foldable iPhone Duo goes on sale only on October 23, and there is no regular iPhone 18 this year. So the choice is between three generations: the 18 Pro, the 17 lineup, and the older 16 and 15.
